Russia to provide preferential financing for Kazakhstan's nuclear power plant construction

ASTANA. June 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Russia will offer Kazakhstan preferential export financing for the construction of a nuclear power plant, though the final cost of the project remains undetermined, the Atomic Energy Agency reported on Monday.
