ST. PETERSBURG. June 23 (Interfax) - Russia agrees with the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries' (OPEC) assessments of the pace of growth in the global oil consumption and notes the depoliticized nature of the alliance's work, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during talks with OPEC Secretary General Haitham al-Ghais on Friday.
