Kazakh minister warns AIFC risks becoming domestic offshore zone, causing tax losses

ASTANA.June 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) risks functioning as an offshore zone within Kazakhstan, leading to major tax losses for the state budget, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin said Monday.
