Kazakhstan eyes Chinese and South Korean partners for thermal plant projects

ASTANA. July 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan is negotiating with Chinese and South Korean companies to build three thermal power plants (TPPs) after facing delays in securing Russian financing, Deputy Minister of Energy Bakytzhan Ilyas announced Tuesday.
