SCO member states decide to set up development bank


MOSCOW. Sept 1 (Interfax) - Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states have agreed to set up an SCO development bank, and the Tianjin declaration of the SCO Council of the Heads of State has announced that decision.
