Tokayev offers condolences over deadly Afghanistan earthquake

ASTANA. Sept 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has extended condolences to Afghanistan’s leadership following a devastating earthquake that claimed hundreds of lives, the presidential press service said on Monday.
