Tokayev advocates for harmonious development of Russian and Kazakh languages
ASTANA. Oct 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized the special role of the Russian language as a means of uniting peoples, while also noting the importance of consistently strengthening the status of the Kazakh language and developing multilingualism in the country.
