Atyrau refinery resumes operations after scheduled overhaul

ASTANA. Oct 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Atyrau Oil Refinery has begun a phased restart of its processing and production units following the completion of scheduled maintenance, the plant’s press service reported.
