China's Hopefull Grain & Oil Group to invest $1.5 bln in grain processing plant

ASTANA. Nov 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Chinese company Hopefull Grain & Oil Group will invest $1.5 billion to build a grain processing plant in the Akmola region, the country’s Ministry of Agriculture announced Tuesday.
