ASTANA. Feb 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan aims to complete construction of its fourth oil refinery, with a capacity of 10 million tonnes per year, by 2033, Deputy Minister of Energy Kaiyrkhan Tutkyshbayev announced.
