Nazarbayev endorses Tokayev, backs constitutional reforms
ALMATY. March 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's First President Nursultan Nazarbayev voiced support Sunday for the current leadership's reforms and reaffirmed his decision to hand power to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev seven years ago.
