Talks with Russia on construction of Kazakhstan's first NPP show good progress

ASTANA. March 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan)– The negotiation process with Russia on the construction of the first Balkhash nuclear power plant (NPP) is demonstrating "good progress," the Kazakhstan Atomic Energy Agency told Interfax-Kazakhstan.
