4.1 magnitude earthquake hits east Kazakhstan

NOVOSIBIRSK. March 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A 4.1 magnitude earthquake was recorded 114 km southeast of the city of Taldykorgan in Kazakhstan, according to the Altay-Sayan Office of the Geophysical Service of Russia’s Academy of Sciences.
