Kazakhstan not in talks to acquire Russian rail concession in Armenia

ASTANA. April 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan is not in talks to acquire Russia’s concession to operate Armenia’s railways, Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), the national railway company, and the Kazakh Transport Ministry both told Interfax-Kazakhstan
