ASTANA. April 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has congratulated Communist Party of Vietnam General Secretary To Lam on his election as Vietnam’s president, Tokayev’s press service said on Tuesday.
