CIS sugar output could rise 3% in 2026 to 7.4 million tonnes - association

ALMATY. April 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Sugar production in Commonwealth of Independent States countries could increase by 3% in 2026 to 7.4 million tonnes, up from 7.26 million tonnes in 2025, the Eurasian Sugar Association said Thursday.
