Landfills near Kazakh airports pose bird strike risk - aviation chief

ALMATY. May 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Landfills near airports in several Kazakh cities are driving up the risk of bird strikes and threatening flight safety, the head of Kazakhstan's Aviation Administration said Tuesday.
