Tokayev congratulates Montenegro on Statehood Day

ASTANA. July 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a telegram to Montenegrin President Jakov Milatovic on the occasion of Montenegro's Statehood Day, Tokayev's press service said Monday.
