Kazakhstan lifts ban on oil product exports from mini-refineries

ASTANA. Aug 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's national railway company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy has lifted a ban on exports of petroleum products from mini-refineries, according to an order posted on the company's website.
