Tokayev approves Security Council regulations

ASTANA. Sept 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a decree approving regulations for the Security Council and its staff and defining the powers of the deputy chairman, the presidential press service said Friday.
