Tokayev proposes term limits for Maslikhat heads

ALMATY. March 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev is proposing to introduce a two-term limit for the heads of Maslikhats, local representative assemblies.
