ALMATY. March 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan is always ready to protect its citizens abroad, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Thursday, citing the recent evacuation of nearly 9,000 Kazakh nationals from the Middle East conflict zone.
