MOSCOW. March 12 (Interfax) - Russian-U.S. interaction in the energy market is a factor in market stabilization, and this topic is being discussed in bilateral dialogue, but it is too early to talk about the efficiency of the interaction, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
