Kazakhstan reports 73% turnout in constitutional referendum
ALMATY. March 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Preliminary figures show 73.24% of eligible voters in Kazakhstan cast ballots Sunday in a referendum on a proposed new constitution, a senior election official said.
