More than 8,000 Kazakhs vote abroad as overseas referendum continues

ALMATY. March 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - More than 8,000 Kazakh citizens had cast ballots at 12 overseas polling stations that closed by Sunday evening, while another 59 stations abroad remained open, the Foreign Ministry said.
