Man sentenced to 11 years for killing former deputy mayor of Almaty

ASTANA. April 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — A court in Astana has sentenced a man to 11 years in prison for the murder of Yerzhan Babakumarov, a former deputy mayor of Almaty and ex-director of the presidential Central Communications Service.
