Kazakh Senate returns stray dogs bill to lower house for revision

ASTANA. April 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The Senate, the upper house of Kazakhstan’s parliament, on Thursday reviewed amendments to the Law on Responsible Treatment of Animals and returned the bill to the Majilis, the lower house, with revisions, an Interfax-Kazakhstan correspondent reported.
