Putin congratulates leaders, peoples of former Soviet republics on Victory Day

MOSCOW. May 8 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent greetings to the leaders of the former Soviet republics, Abkhazia and South Ossetia, as well as the peoples of Georgia and Moldova on the anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War.
