Tokayev warns of funding gap risk in Alatau city development

ALMATY. June 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Tuesday called for a sustainable financial model for the new city of Alatau, warning of risks posed by high project costs and uncertain future revenues.
