Tokayev orders state funding for Alatau infrastructure in initial phase

ALMATY. June 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Tuesday ordered the government to ensure stable funding for basic infrastructure in the new city of Alatau at an early stage, warning that offloading these costs onto the private sector could weaken the city's investment appeal.
