S&P upgrades QazaqGaz to BBB-, outlook stable

ASTANA. Sept 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — S&P Global Ratings has upgraded QazaqGaz's issuer credit rating to BBB- from BB+, with a stable outlook, the agency said.
