ASTANA. Oct 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has stressed the importance of the Russian language in relations between CIS countries, while emphasizing the need to respect the linguistic and cultural diversity of the Commonwealth's member states.
