Russia preparing program to study changes in Caspian Sea level - Putin
TURKMENBASHI, Turkmenistan. Oct 9 (Interfax) - Russia is developing a program to study the Caspian Sea until 2030 and also plans to create the sea's digital double using artificial intelligence (AI) to forecast changes in the sea water level, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
