Putin backs proposal by Tajikistan, Turkmenistan to declare 2028 Year of Social Development in CIS
TURKMENBASHI, Turkmenistan. Oct 9 (Interfax) - Russia supports an initiative put forward by Tajikistan and Turkmenistan to declare 2028 the Year of Social Development within the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
